Through my adolescents I was always heavier than most other children and often made fun on because of it. During the school year of 2012 I decided to join the wrestling team in an effort to lose weight and become a more active person. I succeeded at this and over the course of my 2 years on the team I lost well over 65 pounds and learned the disciple it takes to be healthy. After finishing high school I found a passion for weight training and continued to sculpt my body and transform myself as an individual.
As a personal trainer I am highly motivated to help others reach their own personal goals and helping them lead and live a healthier lifestyle as a whole.
